Chairperson
Tatiana founded Kew & Kew with a clear focus on combining capital allocation with hands-on operational oversight. She brings over 30 years of experience structuring and financing large-scale real estate, infrastructure, and capital projects across global markets.
Her career spans complex structuring, asset-level execution, and cross-border transactions, drawing on deep sector expertise and an extensive international network. Since establishing the firm in 2016, Tatiana has led its strategic direction and governance, with a long-term focus on disciplined execution and sustainable income generation.
Paul Fava
CFO
Paul leads Kew & Kew’s financial strategy, capital structuring, and governance. A Chartered Accountant since 1995, he brings decades of experience across general practice and PwC, with deep expertise in tax, corporate structuring, and financial compliance.
He plays a central role in ensuring strong financial discipline, transparency, and regulatory rigour across the firm’s activities. Paul oversees treasury, risk management, and structured finance, supporting Kew & Kew’s income-focused approach and long-term investment mindset.

Technical Advisor
Launce provides technical and commercial oversight across Kew & Kew’s real estate and infrastructure activities. His background spans quantity surveying, project delivery, and commercial management, with experience overseeing complex projects across international markets.
